Embark on a day of hiking focused on wild food and the search for food, from the village of Imarigha , nestled in the foothills of the Atlas mountain.. This region, renowned for its natural beauty and the diversity of its flora and fauna, offers a unique opportunity to discover the food reserves of nature. This excursion is ideal for nature lovers, culinary adventurers and those who seek to establish a deeper link with the environment. Supervised by experienced local guides, you will leave Imarigha to venture into the lush forests of the atlas mountains around Toubkal national park . Along the way, you will learn to identify and pick a variety of wild plants, berries, mushrooms and herbs. You will also discover the traditional use of these natural resources by the Sami people, as well as the sustainable and ethical practices which guarantee the preservation of the delicate ecosystem of the region. In highlight of your excursion, you will meet around an open fire to taste a sumptuous lunch, prepared with the wild ingredients that you will have found during your journey.
